School Psychologist Needed

Are you passionate about providing an encouraging learning environment for students? ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a dedicated School Psychologist in Salida, CO that is interested in joining one of our esteemed school districts. Our mission is to make life better for those who make lives better. This is an excellent school district, with lots of support, and a wonderful and welcoming team environment. They are ideally seeking a candidate that is already licensed in the state of Colorado that could adjust seamlessly into this role and begin the position soon.

The selected candidate will be hired on as a full time contracted employee through ProCare Therapy. A school year contract will be awarded for you to complete. While undergoing your assignment, you will be provided with: competitive compensation, weekly paychecks, and superior healthcare benefits through United HealthCare.

Job Description

This is a full time, school-based psychologist position. The age groups are kindergarten to 12th grade. You will provide educationally related mental health services to students in the district. You will hold meetings, work with problem solving teams, conduct evaluations, hold eligibility meetings, guide special education teams with goals and supports for students, communicate with families, write reports, provide counseling services, and more. Further details will be revealed during a virtual interview. 

Job Requirements

  • Master's in School Psychology is required
  • School Psychologist License in CO
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
