As we continue to expand our services, we are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2024 school year.

Position Overview: We are looking for a certified Special Education Teacher with experience in virtual instruction to provide support and education to K-12 students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, be comfortable with online teaching platforms, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual lessons and provide instructional support to K-12 students with special education needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
• Utilize online resources and technology to enhance the virtual learning experience.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience in K-12 special education.
• Proficient in virtual teaching platforms and technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction for diverse student needs.

Requirements:

• Availability for full-time hours (35-37.5 hours per week).
• Commitment to a contract period from January to June 2024.
• Must be eligible for 1099 employment.
