Teacher's Aide Position in Angwin, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a paraprofessional for an elementary caseload in Angwin, CA. Provide 1:1 support for a 6-year-old on a BIP. Full-time position with training from Virtual BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to a 6-year-old student according to their individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
• Assist with implementing behavior management strategies and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a special education setting.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Ability to follow directions from a BCBA and effectively implement behavior plans.
