Teacher of Visually Impaired

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a Teacher for the Visually Impaired for a school district this year! Below are a list of details for this immediate opening opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Servicing K-12th grade 
  • Severe caseload
• General duties consist of the following:
  • Provide 1:1 services
  • Implement behavior plans
  • Track data
  • Consult with families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff

Work Hours:

• Full-time and part-time hours are offered

Contract Date:

• Starting April 19, 2024 to June 7, 20254
  • Renewal for 2024-2025 is very likely and currently being finalized

Requirements:

• Valid PA Teacher of Visually Impaired Certificate
•  PA Clearances or willing to obtain
• Must have strong severe caseload experience
• Previous school or youth-based experience is preferred
