Teacher for the Visually Impaired- 1 hr/wk

Position: Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
Location: Copiague, NY

Description:
We are currently seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for the 2023-2024 school year.

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 26, 2024
• Schedule: 30-minute sessions, 2 times per week. The schedule is flexible.
• Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 instruction to an 18-year-old student who is learning at home. Instruction will take place at a location of "mutual education," such as the library or somewhere on the school campus.
