Dates: June 11th to July 11th (with exceptions)
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM
Open House: June 10th, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Parent-Teacher Conference: July 11th, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
No School: June 19th and July 4th
Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a summer school nurse position in Gages Lake, IL. This role involves working with medically fragile students during the summer program, ensuring their health and safety throughout the duration of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to medically fragile students
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Monitor students' health conditions and respond to medical emergencies
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers as necessary
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Experience working with medically fragile students preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
