Summer & 24/25 School Year - Counselor Opening - Madisonville, TN

Job Title: Counselor (x2) - NSY - Madisonville, TN

Description: We are currently seeking two dedicated Counselors to join our team in Madisonville, TN for the upcoming school year. Each position will involve working a minimum of 8 hours per day, five days per week, under an 11-month contract. The start date for both positions will be in the summer of '24. The caseload size will range from 350-400 students, primarily in grades 9-12, at a single school site.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide counseling services to a diverse student population
