We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Paraprofessionals in Downingtown, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse needs.

Job Openings:

• 18 Level 1 Openings: These positions are designed for students who require assistance with prompting, time on task, concept review, and redirection. Level 1 roles involve providing support to students who need additional academic guidance.

• 44 Level 2 Openings: Level 2 Paraprofessionals will work with students in the low incidence realm, including those in Autistic Support, Life Skills, MDS, etc. Responsibilities include the duties mentioned above, along with providing self-help care such as toileting and feeding assistance. At the secondary level, there may be a need for driving students in district-issued vehicles within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students based on their individual needs
• Assist with prompting, time on task, concept review, and redirection
• Offer self-help care, including toileting and feeding assistance for Level 2 roles
• Follow behavior plans and specific procedures for students with behavior needs
• Drive students in district-issued vehicles within the community for Level 2 secondary roles

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with students or individuals with diverse needs is preferred
• Ability to follow behavior plans and procedures
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting students' growth

Compensation: $23 per hour
