Speech Language Pathologist Needed in the American Canyon, CA Area

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming 24/25 School Year. This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, providing speech-language therapy services to students in K-12th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication difficulties
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies
• Monitor and document progress of students
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
