Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking Special Education Teachers for two full-time openings in Petersborough, NH. The selected candidates will work onsite, supporting students with diverse needs. Ideal candidates should have previous school-based experience, NH certification in Special Education, and be comfortable managing caseloads.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to students with special needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents.
- Manage and document student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities.
Qualifications:
- NH certification in Special Education.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting.
- Comfortable managing diverse caseloads.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
