Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in various academic subjects.
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to address the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized instruction to students with special needs.
