Special Education Teacher - Elementary Self-Contained - 2024/25SY

This coming school year, ProCare Therapy is looking for a driven Special Education Teacher for a position in the Tolleson area. This is an excellent chance to work with amazing coworkers and students, with lots of staff support.


Candidates with Active AZ Credentials in Special Education will be given first consideration.

Job Details:

• Full Time - 32.5+hrs/week

• Caseload:
  • Kindergarten - 5th grade
  • Mild/Moderate 
  • Self-Contained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Arizona Certification as Special Education Teacher (MUST BE ACTIVE for NSY)
• Mild/Moderate or Cross-Categorical certification preferred
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• AZ Fingerprint Card
