ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Little Rock, AR. As a contracted SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and contribute to their overall development. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Arkansas state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
