Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching license or certification in [State].
• Experience teaching elementary school students, preferably in second grade or a similar age group.
• Must pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with grade-level curriculum standards and objectives.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and promotes respect, empathy, and cooperation.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of students, including those with varying academic abilities and backgrounds.
• Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments and use data to inform instructional planning and decision-making.
