Description:

We are actively seeking multiple dedicated and experienced School Paraprofessionals to join our team in Manchester, NH. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students across K-12th grade. Placement will be based on your experience, ensuring a fulfilling and challenging role that aligns with your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and other educational staff in providing instructional support to students.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support students with diverse needs, including academic, behavioral, and developmental.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide assistance in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Complete NH state clearances and requirements promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience working with K-12th grade students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Willingness to complete NH state clearances and requirements.
