School RN Job - Willits, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 

Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments for students with IEPs, including monitoring vital signs and assessing overall health status.
- Oversee and manage specialized health care plans for students with chronic conditions or special medical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized health care protocols in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Train and supervise school staff on healthcare procedures and protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Provide health-related education and support to students, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic support for students' healthcare needs.

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing is preferred.
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
