School RN Job for '24-'25

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Exeter, NH

School Year: 2024-2025

Caseload: Preschool

Employment Type: Part-time (4 days per week), 12 hours per week, 9am-12pm

Start Date: August 2024

End Date: June 2025

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and support to a student with multiple disabilities, including a feeding tube
• Monitor the student's health and well-being during school hours
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals regarding the student's medical needs
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for the student at school

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a school setting
• Familiarity with feeding tubes and other medical equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
