Position: School Nurse (1:1) - RN/LPN Location: Mocksville, NC Start Date: Immediate End Date: June 11th, 2024

Job Details:

• Provide one-on-one nursing support to a high school student
• Student requires trach support and utilizes a wheelchair
• Immediate start with a duration until June 11th, 2024

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina
• Experience with tracheostomy care and wheelchair assistance preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

• Administer tracheostomy care as needed
• Assist with activities of daily living for the student, including mobility support
• Monitor student health and respond to medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical interventions and observations
