ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the upcoming school year in Sumter, SC. As a School RN, you will play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to students, promoting wellness, and supporting a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to students according to individual healthcare plans and state regulations.
• Assess and treat injuries and illnesses that occur during school hours.
• Administer medication and perform medical procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to promote student health and safety.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics and promote preventive care measures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
