Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker or School Psychologist for a full-time position in San Jose, CA. The successful candidate will work with a high school caseload, providing essential support and services to students to promote their social-emotional well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' social-emotional needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized plans and interventions to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community agencies to address students' needs and promote positive outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' social-emotional goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, assessments, and progress.

Requirements:

• For School Social Worker: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and licensure as a School Social Worker (LCSW or PPS) in the state of California.
• For School Psychologist: Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology and licensure as a School Psychologist (PPS) in the state of California.
• Experience working with high school students in an educational or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
