ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a qualified School Psychologist in Rome, GA that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2023-2024 school year. Job Description

  • Full-time/37.5 hours
  • In-person/ASAP End of school year
  • K-12
  • Evaluations , SST's and eligibility meetings. 
  • Consultations with student support teams as needed.
    Positioned at central office.
  • *Will renew for 24/25 School year
  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and providing equitable services to a diverse

 
Job Requirements

  • Master's in School Psychology is required
  • Must have School Psychologist Licensure in STATE
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check 

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
