School Physical Therapist (PT) Job in Estacada, OR

This position offers part-time hours with competitive hourly pay rates starting at $45+ per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon PT License

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
