ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting educational and therapeutic activities in a school setting. Responsibilities:

• Assist certified teachers and therapists in implementing educational and therapeutic plans.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Reinforce classroom instructions and assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to address student needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or college coursework in education or related field is a plus).
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions from teachers and therapists effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
