• Caseloads: Multiple in PK-12th grade, placement based on candidate experience

  • Must have either 60 college credits OR have taken and passed the PARAPRO Exam

Description:

We are currently hiring School Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Sarasota, FL. These positions offer guaranteed full-time hours and the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels. Placement will be based on candidate experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and other educational staff in providing instructional support to students.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support students with diverse needs, including academic, behavioral, and developmental.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide assistance in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have 60 college credits OR have taken and passed the PARAPRO Exam
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Willingness to complete FL state clearances and school requirements
