Job Title: School ABA Therapist 
Job Type: Full Time - 32 hours per week 
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Caseload: Elementary 

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School ABA Therapist. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide a variety of assistance, including:

• Working with individual students to provide individualized instruction and support
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and behavior intervention
• Assist in managing and addressing challenging behaviors, implementing strategies outlined in a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) or behavior plan.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• May be responsible for tracking and recording student progress, behavior, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of school-based experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Behavioral experience highly preferred.
