About the Position:

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Paraprofessionals. As a Paraprofessionals you will play a critical role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide a variety of assistance, including:

• Working with individual students to provide individualized instruction and support.
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and behavior intervention.
• Supporting academics, social and emotional behaviors along with assisting students with individual physical needs.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma. 
• Experience with behavior caseloads. 
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
