Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Paraprofessional for a full-time or part-time (substitute) position in Norco, CA. This role involves providing support to students in an educational setting, assisting teachers, and promoting student success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and instructional tasks
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Supervise students during activities and transitions
- Implement behavior plans and interventions under the direction of teachers
- Support students with special needs or accommodations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Contract Details:
This position is contracted through ProCare Therapy, offering competitive hourly pay starting at $26+, benefits for full-time employees, 401k matching, and a dedicated team environment.
