Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join our team in Sunnyvale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and supporting their educational and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and lesson plans
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs or learning disabilities
• Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement strategies
• Support students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
