ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team in Scituate, MA. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing educational plans and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to ensure the success of all students.
• Support students with behavioral and social-emotional challenges.
• Implement and reinforce positive behavior interventions.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students.
