Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional

Location: Rialto, CA

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time School Paraprofessional. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and students to provide essential support in classroom activities and daily routines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor play.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
