School Paraprofessional - Full Time

Job Title: School Paraprofessional
Job Type: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week 
Location: Methuen, MA 
Caseload: Dependent on preference 

As a Paraprofessional, you will play a critical role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide a variety of assistance, including:

• Working with individual students to provide individualized instruction and support
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and behavior intervention
• Assist in managing and addressing challenging behaviors, implementing strategies outlined in a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) or behavior plan.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• May be responsible for tracking and recording student progress, behavior, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma. 
• Able to pass a background check and drug test. 
• Behavior experience highly preferred. 
• Looking to start ASAP.
