Job Title: School Paraprofessional
Job Type: Full Time - 36.25 hours per week 
Location: Peterborough, NH
Caseload: K-4th grade students 

About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Paraprofessionals. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a critical role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide a variety of assistance, including:

• Working with individual students to provide individualized instruction and support
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and behavior intervention
• Assist in managing and addressing challenging behaviors, implementing strategies outlined in a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) or behavior plan.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• May be responsible for tracking and recording student progress, behavior, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma. 
• Willing to obtain Paraprofessional certification.

• Able to pass a background check and drug test. 
• Behavior experience highly preferred. 
• Willing to learn and adapt.
