Responsibilities: As a Paraeducator in this role, you will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to assist students in various aspects of their education. Responsibilities may include providing one-on-one support, facilitating small group activities, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to follow instructional plans and work collaboratively with teaching staff
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: The salary for this Paraeducator position in Lincoln, MI, ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
