School Nursing Opportunity - Lewis Center, OH

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a school-based position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35-$45 based on licensing. Join our team for a full-time role, providing crucial 1:1 care to a student with unique medical needs.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position
• LPN Required
• 1:1 support for a student in a wheelchair, non-verbal, communicates with a device
• 2-person lift required (must lift over 50-75 pounds)
• G-tube feeding three times a day with water in between
• Ensuring proper positioning due to a hip issue
• Bus companion responsibilities, meeting at the bus stop in the morning
• Diapering and respiratory monitoring
• Assistance from aids and teachers in the room for lifting and feeding
• Occasional suctioning required

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $35-$45 per hour based on licensing
