School LPN needed in Marlborough, CT- ASAP Start

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate nurse this school year for a contract position located near Marlborough, CT.

Job Description:

• 1:1
• Full time 40 hours
• ASAP till end of the year 
• 6 weeks ESY
• Must have experience with VNS (Vagus Nerve Stimulator)
• Supporting during transportation and school hours. The pick-up time is scheduled for 7:10 am, and the nurse will accompany the high school student until returning from transportation by 3:00 pm, so an 8 hour day M-F.
• The student utilizes a wheelchair and has limited mobility, along with a seizure disorder managed with a Vagus Nerve Stimulator. The nurse will be responsible for administering medication as per the seizure action plan, including the use of the VNS magnet when necessary.
