School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 1:1 Caseload

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 
Job Type: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week 
Location: Swanzey, NH 

Caseload: 

• Working 1:1 with a male student 
• Assist with toileting and catheterization 
• Will be in the Life Skills classroom 

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Must be comfortable and have experience with these responsibilities. 
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
