School District In Need Of A RN Near Staley, IL

We are seeking a highly qualified RN to provide 1:1 medication administration and trach care for a student in Staley, IL. The nurse will be responsible for ensuring that the student receives the necessary medication and trach care throughout the day. The nurse will also be responsible for riding the bus with the student to and from school.

Requirements:

• RN license in the state of Illinois
• CPR certification
• Experience with trach care
• Experience with medication administration
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to the student as prescribed
• Monitor and document the student's response to medication
• Provide trach care to the student as needed
• Monitor the student's respiratory status
• Accompany the student on the bus to and from school
• Communicate with the student's healthcare providers, as needed
• Communicate with the student's family and school staff, as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
