School Counselor Position in Agate, CO

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Counselor to join our team in Agate, CO. As a School Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and resources to students, helping them navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges. Position Overview:

• Location: Agate, CO
• Pay Rate: $34-$40 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management plans.
• Serve as a resource for students and families, connecting them with community resources as needed.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
• Colorado School Counselor License or ability to obtain one.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
