Job Title: Counselor
Location: Farmville, VA
Duration: ASAP - End of School Year

Job Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm (Some days may be longer based on school needs)
• Caseload: Middle School
• Responsibilities:
  • Providing individual and group counseling sessions for students
  • Conducting assessments to identify students' academic and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on students' educational plans
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations on topics related to mental health and wellness
  • Maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress
