School Behavior Tech: Dover, NH

ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and therapy staffing services, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced School Behavior Technician for a contract position in Dover, NH. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of the school's behavior specialist.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to address students' behavioral needs.
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress and inform intervention strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture through collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or a related discipline).
• Proven experience working with students with behavioral challenges.
• Training or certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents.
