Job Title: Full Time School Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or ABA Therapists

Job Details:

• Full-time: 30-40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Caseload: PK-12th Grade students with mild to severe behavioral needs; placement based on experience
• General Duties:
  • Providing behavioral classroom support to students and teachers
  • Teaching life skills and providing autistic support
  • Working both 1:1 and with small groups of 2-3 at times
  • Assisting BCBA with district needs

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in a school setting
• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• Must meet all state school requirements in MA
• Minimum of a college degree; ideal candidate will have Master's Degree in Education/Special Education or ABA Therapy
• Must pass drug screen and background check
