RN needed for 1:1 Services for School District Near Wilsonville, OR

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a medically fragile student in Wilsonville, OR. The RN will be responsible for providing 1:1 care for a quadriplegic, nonverbal student who is wheelchair-bound and requires assistance with all activities of daily living. The RN will also be responsible for monitoring the student for seizures and myoclonus tremors and administering emergency medications as needed. The RN will work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and will also work during the Extended School Year (ESY) program from June 26 to July 13. Onsite training and assimilation can be provided.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Oregon
• Experience working with medically fragile children
• Experience with seizure monitoring and administration of emergency medications
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
• AZ Fingerprint card
• Two professional references, at least one being a supervisor
