Remote Occupational Therapist Opening - School Based - Lamar, CO

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a school-based opportunity. This position offers competitive compensation of $40-45 per hour on a 1099 contract basis. Liability insurance is required. Candidates must possess a Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license, as well as a valid license in their home state. The role involves a 32-hour workweek, with four-day weeks (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload ranging from PK-12 students, approximately 35 students in total
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student needs
• Perform other general occupational therapy duties as assigned

Required Credentials:

• Valid and active Colorado OT license in good standing
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license and Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRA) certification
• Liability insurance
