Compensation Requirements-

• Hourly Rate based on experience qualifications 
• starting rate- $40+

Details-

• Elementary - preschool
• Case Load: 1:1 with student
• Total hours: 12:30-3:30 MTTF;  We may need to include 30 before and after to ride the bus with the student  
• ASAP
• Interview dates:  week of April 15th
• Student Information:  turning 3 years old in mid-April.  The student’s underlying diagnosis is Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LEMS) which is an autoimmune disorder that interferes with the ability of the nerve cells to send signals to muscle cells. He has global developmental delays, a tracheostomy that will likely require hourly suctioning, and is tube-feeding dependent.  The current feeding schedule will likely be at least once while at school.
