Registered Nurse Job Opening - Cincinnati, Ohio

ProCare Therapy has partnered up with a school district in Cincinnati, OH that is looking for a RN for the rest of the 23/24 school year and to possibly renew for the 24/25 school year as well. Please read through the details and requirements to see if this position will be a good fit for you. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• RN license in the state of OH
• Active First Aid/CPR certifications.
• School or pediatric experience required. 

Compensation:

• Starting at 35 per hour based on experience

Job Details:

• Qualifications: Ohio RN license
  • School is asking for candidates who either have School Nursing experience, OR are familiar with IEP's and contributing to planning for those. This is more of a CSN role but they are open to RN's with school background
• Hours: 20 hrs. per week
• Dates: ASAP - late May 2024
• Age Groups: K - 8th 
• Job Duties: Working in the health office for the school's elementary & middle school joint location - Responsibilities include triaging students, performing health assessments, administering meds to students as prescribed or as needed, diabetic care for diabetic students, basic wound care, updating student health plans & vaccine records, etc
