School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:
As a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement BIPs and provide individualized support to students.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed.

Interview Process:

• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
