Location: San Jose, CA
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time
Caseload Details:Â Monday - Friday, 1:1, BCBA Supervisor Role

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collect and analyze data to track progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Valid RBT certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
