RBT Job Near Kingston, PA

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school district near kingston, PA This full-time position involves providing 1:1 behavioral support for a student, focusing on behavioral interventions, analysis, and the implementation of positive behavioral supports.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a student on a 1:1 basis, implementing behavioral interventions.
• Conduct behavioral analysis to identify triggers and develop effective strategies.
• Collaborate with the student's educational team, parents, and other support services.
• Implement positive behavioral supports to enhance the student's social and academic success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of behavioral observations and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience working with students in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral analysis and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of the student.
