Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age AND any of the following: 
*Qualifying Score of 461 or higher on ETS Exam
*Hold an Associates Degree or higher
*Completed apprenticeship as a Paraeducator
Must have experience with behavioral!

Caseload: Older Kiddos with significant behavior and cognitive delays ( more of a 1:1 but will be floating around with different students) 

ProCare Therapy Benefits/Compensation: 

• Weekly pay throughout the entirety of the assignment as a W-2 Employee

Everyday Duties: 

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
• Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.

Interview Process:

• 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
• 30 Minute zoom interviews with the district
• Offers are typically 24/48 hours after an interview
• You will be provided an interview prep sheet prior to the interview process
