About Us: ProCare is seeking a School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team, helping students reach their physical potential.

Position Overview: You'll provide physical therapy services, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and parents to support students' development.

• Start Date: 08/01/24
• End Date: 06/13/25 (Option to Extend) 
• Full Time (37.5 Hours) 
• Caseload: K-12th 

Responsibilities:

• Assess students' physical development.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Offer direct therapy and support integration into daily routines.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and offer training to staff and parents.
• Stay current in school-based physical therapy practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to student well-being.
• Ability to work in a team and knowledge of special education regulations.
